What do you want windows to do?

I have an EX embedded image, which is working almost ok.

I have just a problem with plugging of a flash ram to USB port.

By plugging of a flash ram to USB port, or inserting of a CD, I get just the
empty "what do you want windows to do?� There is no selection item in this
window!
