Do you have QoS Packet Scheduler installed? If yes what affect does
disabling it have?
http://bloo.playnet.com/qos.htm

Is your computer a standalone computer or networked?

Hope this helps.

QoS is not listed in the Properties. The only item listed and checked is the
Client for Microsoft Networks.

QoS RSVP was on manual in Services and not started. I have disabled this in
Services and the errors still appear everytime I connect. No change.

The computer is standalone not networked.
