I have installed a folder of Visual Basic problems +
solutions, from the publisher of a VB book.

Along the way, I must have deleted a file somewhere, but
have now restored them all.

Still, if I try to delete the folder, I only get a message
saying "Cannot delete [file name]: Cannot find the
specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and
file name".

Sometimes, Explorer also shuts down.

How do I 'UNLOCK' this folder, so that it can be deleted?
regards,
Kelly

Is the a specified file not found, or the entire folder?

If file:
- Search for the file specifically in that main folder
- Delete everything individually
- Refresh the folder view
- Try deleting the main folder once all other files are deleted
