New laptop with XP installed, want to use full-sized
keyboard.
I have old PS2 keyboard and have connected to USB
adapter. XP does not recognize it.
How can I get it recognized so I can use full-sized
keyboard with my laptop?
thanx

It's not designed to be used with the adapter. The USB controller has no
idea what you're attaching to it. You should also check your BIOS settings.

Have you tried a full USB keyboard??? I find that the adapter does not
always work. Also, normally their is a BIOS entry that will allow USB
keyboard to be active in DOS. However, you really should try ps2 port for
you present keyboard, if you insist on USB try a USB keyboard.
