Crashes

Hi everyone,

I just reinstall windows xp from the 2 discs according to
the help desk agent advice.
The system still crashing.

Is any one tell me what to do.

Reinstall _never_ corrects hardware problems. It just makes things more
miserable.

Until you fix the hardware it won't matter how many times you
reinstall/reload. Just a wee bit more detail, like the exact verbiage of the
error messages or fault coupled with exactly what you're doing at the time
of the fault would go a long way towards getting you the help you really
need.
