Video has gone black...

Hi. My wife enjoys watching the Soaps on the CBS website. Yesterday, when
she tried to view the latest episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful" the
video player's screen was black. I made sure she had the latest version of
the Flash player plug-in and verified that "play animations in webpage" was
checked. I also did a spyware and virus scan.

What could cause her video to suddenly stop functioning like that?

She is running IE7 on WinXP.

It could be the website itself. Try again today and see if the problem has
gone away. Also remember to clear you Temporary Internet Files cache every
so often.... !
