Problems with HTMLHelp

Hello,

Some of my clients with Windows XP have no information in the right
panel of the HTMLHelp of our application.

I added the KB896358 fix to the registry, but even after a Windows
restart the right panel still gives an error message. Even on a local PC
some clients have this problem.

The only difference I see is that it appears that clients with IE 7 have
this problem.

How can this problem be fixed ?

Anything in event viewer ?
