drive? Does it boot on C? RUNDLL is a C:\I386 and
C:\Windows\System32 file. They are both identical. Your
system32 file may be missing or is corrupt. You can use
Windows Explorer to copy and paste the one from I386 to
the system32 directory and windowsXP will ask you if you
want to overwrite it , and answer "yes".
