existing files/photos with other graphics/icons. That is
a "No No". A thumbnail is a miniaturized version of the
actual graphic (compressed) format. If you try to change
it you'll screw up your entire system. An Icon is a
shortcut or graphic display to a program, not a photo or
a file. You'll probably have to reinstall/reload all the
corrupted files to delete the icons.
