I am repeatedly getting the following message when I attempt to put the
computer screen on standby.

"Power Management

Windows cannot go on Standby because Internet Explorer has experienced an
error that requires your attention. You must complete all dialog boxes
related to the error before you can put the computer on standby."

I don't know what action to take or where and do not know what dialog boxes
are being referred to.

Please advise a solution to this problem. Many thanks.

My computer is a 4100 Dimension Desktop with Windows XP - Home Edition -
Service Pack 2 operating system, Pentium 111 processor at 930 MHZ, 20 GB Hard
Drive and 256 MB of RAM. The system is FAT 32. The Internet Explorer
version is #7 and my antivirus protection is Norton AntiVirus 2008.
