before i log on to the internet it says i have two
programs running but i don't know how to check to see
which ones are running. thanks for any help you can give
me.

Barbara,

This is typical when using Fast User Switching/Welcome Screen and you have
not logged out of your profile. Your running programs will be listed in the
Task Manager.
