wmv files

[mikamika1]

Whenever I play any files ending with .wmv my computer freezes up at the end
of the video. The only way to get the computer to do anything is to FORCE IT
OFF. What am I doing wrong? I have 2 computers: Windows XP Professional
edition and Windows XP Professional edition Service Pack 2. Do you have any
suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Look in event viewer to see/get specifics to when the problem happened.
Or run WMDiag,WM diagnostic utility.

Ok I'm not sure how to do these things. Sorry, I'm not very good with a lot
of these things. I had a problem once before and the person that replied did
a great job of walking me through everything
