Turning of my PC

I have a Microsoft Media Center PC which i use to record late night programs,
But i would like to know how do I tell my computer to turn off when I'm not
there.You know all that save the world stuff I don't want to waste energy.

Use task scheduler and Shutdown.exe for a planned shutdown.
