I have developed a problem. My account on my Pc is the only account that can
gain access to the web. On this PC I am an adminstrator and so is my wife.
All others are limited accounts. I changed one to admin for dianostics.
Npw all the other accounts apparently cannot access rhe web. When tried the
window says unable to view page. However they can access instant messageing.
I am using XP pro

I have a similar type problem. When I boot up normally, several
quick launch icons are missing. When I log out and get back in, by
clicking on the login screen, they all appear.

Unfortunately it seems to be a problem no one can assist me with.

Good luck.

i believe I found the problem. When I down loaded microsoft silverlight to
my account it apparently changed the web configuration. I wound up deleting
all other user accounts the recreating them and activating silverlight on
them as well. Thank you for trying to help.
