View Full Version : How to obtain the programs updates that are archived on Symantec LiveUpdate server ?

Hello

I'm trying to update ghost 2003.

When I follow this solution :

I have a problem at step 2. I press "Run it now" and i have : "Sorry, we are
unable to determine the issue details at this time."

Does anyone has the same problem ?

What happens if you skip step 2 and try step 3? If step 3 fails what happens if
you ship to step 4? If step 4 fails, all that's left is step 5 (run LU normally) and
if Ghost doesn't update then there are no updates for Ghost.

Have you tried opening Ghost and running LU from there? As mentioned, if it
doesn't update then there are no updates to it.
