If I forget to remove my thumb drive before my PC reboots the PC goes
into the routine that it wishes to check the thumb drive apparently
because its not formatted as NTFS. I could convert the thumb drive to
NTFS but I was wondering it I can stop this startup error without
reformatting the thumb drive?

Thanks in advance
