Can't post or reply in community newsgroups

I'm unable to post or reply in the following newsgroup via http interface:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/community/newsgroups/WindowsMedia/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.windowsmedia.play er&lang=en&cr=US

However I'm obvious able to post new messages here. What is going on? Are
there two seperate communites now?

Yes, there seems to be no new posts showing up on that newsgroup. I guess
you should wait and try later.

Must have been a temporary bug, as it started working again later on.
