Open with program

On my XP Pro, when I try the "open with" for a file, all
I get is notepad opening. This happens even with media
files. Any ideas how I can use the other programs to open
a file with? Thanks...

Nope! It opens to notepad with no other options...I don't
know how to get the "Choose Program" option.
