REQ: Can I make a back-up CD copy of Windows XP Pro?

I always like to do that because once in a while a CD becomes
unreadable.

Will the copy be bootable and be fully functional?

That depends on how you make the backup? If you make an exact copy of
your XP CD then it will be bootable and functional.
