The "SEND" button in my microsoft outlook has been
replaced by a button "ACCOUNTS" that is non-functional. I
can not reply to e-mail or create new e-mail. HELP

What version Outlook? If XP it's possible the button has been moved.
Start a new e-mail or reply. On the toolbar is there a set of two sidways
arrows (>>)? If so, click those arrows. Is the send button in the list
of buttons that appear when you click that arrow? If not, select "Add or
Remove Buttons" then Standard and select Send to get it back on the
toolbar.

Alternatively you can also press CTRL Enter once you are ready to send the
message.

Outlook is *NOT* part of Windows. Please repost to an Office or Outlook
group.

Thank you

You've probably rearranged your tool bar accidentally. Right click on you
tool bar and you'll see options to add more buttons.
