I already have windows media player 9. Do I need to download real
player? What can Real Player do that WMP can't?

Hi,

RealOne player can play its proprietary .ra format, WMP cannot. Other =
than that there is no real use for it.

Unbelievably, the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) requires the use
of Real Player to listen to its programs on the internet. That's when
you find out just how much RP intrudes itself into your system.

of Real Player to listen to its programs on the internet. That's when

Get a firewall that blocks outbound traffic and set it to block RP and
you're good to go!
