scrolling is skippy.

when i scroll using the aarows or mouse wheel instead of
anything scrolling smoothly it seems to skip. how can i

It may be better when you disable the "smooth scrolling" in
TWEAKUI.EXE > Explorer. TweakUI is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp.
