I keep getting this Error Msg from Restore

I tried to run the restore I get this error msg:

The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be
located in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll

What's with that? No restore at all.

Any help?

Usually such error messages are due to invalid or damaged system
files. Run the System File Checker from Start > Run:
SFC /scannow
and also read "Troubleshooting System Restore in Windows XP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=302796).
