Tried to post in Windows General, but no show up there.

I have a problem with something removing my tool tray at bottom of Desktop
screen.

Desktop is fine, but the tray suddenly disappears.

The only thing I can do is switch the pc off, and start over.

I don't link it to any particular problem. Is there some workaround for
this? What is likely cause?

R.click the desktop,properties,display,web tab,customize,locate & chk the
box "lock desktop items" close out.
