Toolbar on Desktop

I keep getting this Toolbar on the left of my Desktop and Cant figure out how
to get rid of it.. Has anyone had this problem.. I have tried several things
and need help.....Please Help me resolve this problem..

What toolbar is it? If you are referring to the
Windows Taskbar...just drag it back to the
bottom of the screen.
