Internet Explorer 7

I can no longer open Internet Explorer 7 anymore I have tried everything i
can find but nothing works Now I cannot remove IE7 it says setup cannot copy
file ieeula.chm I do not know what this means and certainly don't know what
to do. Help

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
