Since I did not get a real good answer I have still be trying to figure out
why my CD Drive is not able to read that I have a CD in it. It keeps asking
me to put one in.
I have read many questions about similar problems and I finally came up with
the answer myself. At least it works for me. Somewhere one of the questions
that a person asked had an answer containing the work SONIC. (CLICK!) I
remembered I use that program to make copies of music CD's and when I went to
it I found out that I could also copy data buy drag and drop. Well it worked
and it was much easier than the way Microsoft says to do it. If anyone has
that on their computer try it.
Hope this helps someone.

If you did enough research reading other postings, you may have seen
that most people will tell you the built in CD burning from Microsoft is
not the preferred program. And ANY 3rd party software is preferred.
There are even freeware programs that work well.

Congrats.
