Am trying to help a friend. Has HP printer running on Vista. Unable to
print from IE7 or Windows mail. When she tries to print, the programs
freeze. When she is able to open the print dialoge box, the printer does not
show in the list. The printer IS installed, and she IS able to print from
other programs (ie, Firefox). HP Support has already remoted in, and found
everything OK with the print drivers.

I tried a few solutions found in other posts, but they didn't work. Any
advice would be greatly appreciated.

Probably 32 bit. I think my friend may have to find someone else to solve
this problem. I live 2 states away, and was trying to help them over the
phone. They found a temporary workaround. Someone local can finish the job.

Thanks anyway.
