no sender information

How do i send a fax without displaying my sender information? I know i
have to dial a * followed by certain numbers and then * before the fax
number. But i have forgotten. Help please.

Are you talking about the sender information included with the Fax, itself,
or the caller ID of the phone number you're faxing from?

In theory, you are required by US law to provide minimal sender info on a
fax.
