I uploaded a wallpaper, now when I change my wallpaper
part of the image of the one I uploaded is "remembered"
on my desktop. I deleted the uploaded wallpaper, Internet
Explorer Wallpaper, and the image remains. How can I
remove this image from my desktop?

Right click the Desktop/Properties/Desktop/Customize Desktop/Web.
