can't delete Shared Documents My picture files

I am having problem "delete, move, cut, paste" all the
files in Shared Documents/My pictures.

all the files in shared Documents/my pictures can't be
copied/moved in or out, pop up message shows "access is
denied, make sure disk is not full or write protected",
I've tried share and unshare the folder, nothing would
change, anyone can help, thank you
