Hi,
Try clearing temp and tif files.
C:\Windows\temp
C:\Documents and settings\<username>\local settings\temp
Control Panel/Internet Options/General tab, click on "delete files".

If it says insufficient "memory", clear all temp files as described in the
previous reply, but if it says insufficient "data", then there is an issue
with the server's copy of the file. Contact the webmaster for further
details and instructions.
Hope this works for you!
