Fax from DSL (still Pending) ???

Hello...

I thought I set everything up correctly w/ the Fax Console. I'm running
verizon DSL on a Westell Modem. Windows (XP Pro/SP3) installed a modem
correctly...I actually installed two...a Communications (cable...between two
computers) & a Standard 56000. Tried to fax a word doc & the fax (& cover
page) is stuck on 'Pending'.

What gives?

State the approved analog fax modem that you are using. You can't fax over
anything else.

Do you mean one of the US Robotics modems or perhaps 3Com modems that use
the Motorola 56000 DSP chip or one of many that use 56k protocols (K56flex
or K56plus)?
