application failed to initialize 0xc0000005

[gtxr2003]

I just intalled an IPTV client called FREEWIRE TV on my Xp 3 machine.
Its a dell inspiron 6400. But i cant seem to run it !!!!!!!.
everytime i try i get this :( :(

"application failed to initialize 0xc0000005"


i tried removing newly installed ram
tried running so many registry cleaners


please help

Take a look at this thread. Using too many Registry Cleaners can make
the problem worse.
