I bought XP pro upgrade and installed on machine "A".
Bought new machine "B" with XP home. Can I remove from
machine "A" and upgrade on machine "B"?

Yes.

If it has been more than 120 days since you activated Machine A, then you
will probably be able to activate Machine B via the internet. If less than
120 days, you may be prompted to call for activation. If that happens,
follow along with the onscreen prompts. Keep them visible while making the
call.

Welllll, is the B machine an OEM and machine specific? Does it have
installation disk or repair disk?

Yes it can be done. Don't mix up your CD's that match your
product keys. Microsoft was very helpful over the phone to
me in a similar situation. Make sure that you take notes while
you are doing this.
