START MENU PROGRAM AUTO SORT

PLEASE HELP I WANT MY COMPUTER BE ORGANIZE,BEFORE MY
WINDOWS XP PRO WITH SERVICE PACK 1,BEFORE IF I INSTALL A
NEW PROGRAM WHEN I LOOK AT IT AT MY (START)(ALL PROGRAM)
THE PROGRAM I INSTALLED IS ALREADY THERE AND MY PROGRAMS
ARE AUTOMATIC SORT BY NAME,NOW EVERY TIME I INSTALL A
PROGRAM I MUST MANUAL SORT BY NAME MY (ALL PORGRAMS MENU)
I MUST CLICK THE RIGHT CLICK MOUSE BUTTON AND CHOOSE SORT
BY NAME, I WANT MY PROGRAM MENU IS AUTOMATIC SORT, BUT IF
I LOOK AT IN DRIVE C:\USERNAME\START MENU\PROGRAMS, IS
AUTO ARRANGE AND ARRANGE BY NAME, WHERE I CAN AUTOMATIC
SORT PLEEASE HELLP

Geesh, what's the use of putting it in all caps, it just makes it much more
difficult to read!!!

I don't think there is a way and it only takes a couple of seconds to
auto-arrange it, so why is it such a big problem?
