My HP officejet works fine with my desktop computer but when I use my
wireless laptop it prints mirror images. I've tried to check the preferences
on the laptop but I get a \windows\explorer.exe error message. It just
started this after making changes with my Norton firewall. Any guidance would
be great ! PS the laptop still prints fine at another location with the same
model printer.

the print driver version is different at the other location than at the one
where the preferences pages fail to load.

If the OfficeJet is the only shared printer using the driver, delete the
shared printer from the server (I'd delete the driver as well if only one
printer uses this driver) then recreate the share using the new driver.

You can play with the registry for the shared printer if you have many
shares using this driver but only if you have edited the registry before.
