Hi Millie,
Start/search/files for csapi3t1.dll, copy it to these folders:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF
C:\Program Files\Outlook Express

No version of Outlook Express has ever come with a Spell Checking =
facility. By default it uses the spell checker that comes with Microsoft =
Word, (or another Microsoft Office program) if you have it installed.
You say "Word Process," but you don't say what word processor you're =
using. If it's not Word, it won't provide spell checking to Outlook =
Express. However there are several downloadable freeware/shareware =
alternative spell checkers that work with Outlook Express and Outlook. =
Since I have no personal experience with any of these, I'll wait and let =
someone else recommend one.

If it is Word 97, You are probably missing CSAPI3T1.DLL in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF
You can expand it from CSAPI3T1.DL_ in the \i386 directory on your WinXP CD.
Go to Start | Run and type this command:
expand x:\i386\CSAPI3T1.DL_ C:\CSAPI3T1.DLL
Where X: is your CD drive. Then move it from the root directory of C: to
the PROOF folder. Some people also have to put it in the Outlook Express
program folder.
