From Outlook's text options, Click Help then "Office Diagnostics". This
should verify the install/options are setup correctly.

I ran Office DIag, found a few errors, tried again, still error, rebooted,
still error comes up
Any other suggestions?
I seem to only have this problem in outlook
LXBCPRP.dll does exist in cl\windows\system 32, actually there are two of
them
also, I deleted printer, rebooted added printer, updated driver, updated
printer software, etc.

still have the error

A quick web search indicates more than few issues with that .Dll.
From the name, I assume it's a Lexmark printer ? You've already
taken the usual steps to resolve it. About the only suggestion I can
make is contact the manufacturer for additional help.
