I am trying to add the two additional language options for Windows XP
Pro (I'm on SP3).
I go to Control Panel then Regional and Language Options. I tick both
boxes for supplemental language support as per below:
"Install Files for complex script and left-to-right languages (inc
Thai)"
"Install files for East Asian Languages"
Then it tries to find the files on my D drive for some reason in an
old Leadtek Winfast TV Tuner folder. It goes in there searching for
files.
Does anyone know where it should be going? I have tried putting my
slipstreamed Win XP sp2 disc in the drive and searching for the files
its trying to install on the disc but the language files I can't seem
to locate them or know what folder they're in and it doesn't seem to
want to look on my disc on the E drive (dvd/cd).
If I try the windows folder on drive c it still doesn't find anything.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get these languages I need. I
really need language support for Greek, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese and
Korean on Windows and in Internet Explorer.
Or if you can point me to a webpage on the Microsoft site that would
help I'd appreciate it because so far I've only been able to find one
for Windows NT.
Thanks for your help,
John
