In the dual monitor environment any time an IE6/IE7 app is launched it
defaults to the primary monitor. The primary monitor in this case is tied to
a live video feed and has to be physically set as the primary monitor so any
other apps should default to the secondary monitor. Again, it seems to only
occur with apps that launch IE6/IE7 (browser based). Is there any setting in
IE or the registry to force IE to only launch or default to the secondary
monitor??? Any other ideas?
