WMV capturing Problems

When I try to capture video I click FILE, CAPTURE VIDEO (analog thru a
Dazzle DVC170 USB adapter) a window opens showing the Dazzle and my webcam,
but when I choose the Dazzle, I get a wdw that says: "The device is not
responding. Close any other application that is using the device and try
capturing again" I do not know of any other app that is using the Dazzle!
Help anybody? Thank you.

Try downloading the WM encoder 9 series,it can capture audio/video,+ other
items.Also,get its utilities,the WMCAP utility also will capture...
