I have several PCs with XP Pro installed.
When I close them down with the Start button, there is one of two different
types of close down dialogue box displayed.
What determines which type is displayed?
I assume that it is configuration settings, but which?

A typed description would be preferred over posting binaries.

KiwiBrian,
On Each PC, after logging in with an "Computer administrator" acct:
Control Panel> User Accounts> Change the way Users Log on or off.
Check or Uncheck use Welcome Screen
