Deleted Items. dbx file

Hi,

In my C:\Documents and Settings\owner\my documents, I have a 12 mg " Deleted
Items" folder, dbx file. Can I delete this folder, without getting into
trouble ??

No other dbx files in the same location? if not, then yes, you can
delete it.
