export private key

I have this problem in Ie6 on an xp computer.
I install a certificate and a public key from verisign but
I can't export the private key.
I have only one option in Ie6 (no, do not export the
private key).
I have this problem on a single laptop, on other computer
is O.K
For details I can send pictures.
