You can do so with either the Full or Upgrade version. However, note =
that the OEM version (which many people confuse with the Full version), =
can only do clean installations, not upgrades.

By the way, when doing an upgrade, it's highly unlikely that you will =
lose anything. But there are no guarantees, and it's always prudent to =
recognize that something *can* go wrong, and make sure you have a backup =
of anything you can't afford to lose.
