one of my folders is accses denied

Right click on the folder in question, select properties,
at the bottom of the properties sheet you will see
different attributes, clear the box next to read only,
click ok, will ask if it should apply to all subfolders
and files, click yes (or Ok, I forget which it gives on
the button). This should fix your problem.
