When I turn on my new XP Pro Dell C640 the CTRL+ALT+Delete
will not work.

What I mean by not work, it seems that it hangs after it
has booted to this point. The mouse does not work and I
end up have to shut it off manually and start it up
again. It may do this 2 or 3 more times, but then it will
eventually respond, and I can get to the logon screen.

It is very inconsistent and does not seem to have rhyme or
reason to it. I also have this laptop in a docking
station, but it seems that it will do this out of the
docking station also.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Mike

Are you waiting to press Ctl-Alt-Del until the Welcome Screen shows?
