Program menu

I can not right click on my program menu to delete
items. It will not let me sort them by name or delete
them. How can this probelm be fixed. I am tired of
reformating my computer to fix this stupid problem.

Open Control Panel. Click the link to display "Classic View." Double click
on Taskbar and Start Menu. On the Start Menu page, click the Customize
button. On the next screen and under Advanced, check the box next to
"Enable dragging and dropping."
