40960 error:
The Security System detected an attempted downgrade
attack for server DNS/dns1.uiowa.edu. The failure code
from authentication protocol Kerberos was "There are
currently no logon servers available to service the logon
request.
(0xc000005e)".
40961 error:
The Security System could not establish a secured
connection with the server DNS/dns1.uiowa.edu. No
authentication protocol was available.
When these errors occur they cause the W32Time service to
fail, and also causes the raid controller on this machine
to reset if to many failures in a row occur.
I was directed to some SMB fixes specifically:

However, since i am on a university license, i can't go
to the automated help on microsoft community. Please
email me back at the above contact info with the patch
for these problems.
